Great stay in Niagara Falls!

Pros: I really liked how spacious it was and how close it was to everything.

Cons: I didn't like how expensive the parking was. It seems way too much because when I looked around, other places had parking for $5, not $20. In the kitchen they were missing elements I would expect to have like a big mixing bowl.

Pros: The room was beautiful, clean, and unique. It had all the amenities I needed. The lotion in the bathroom smells divine. Everyone was friendly and helpful

Pros: I liked the location, the overall hotel is very different from a regular hotel, love the loft style that was my main reason for booking. I like the mini kitchen in the room.

Cons: I didnt love that you can hear what's happening in the hallway and above you.

Pros: Nice facility with spacious rooms. Close to Clifton Hill but far enough from all the noise. I called ahead and made soem special requests and they accomadated them. Staff were friendly and pleasan.

Lovely short stay. We would return.

Pros: Very spacious, clean rooms. Walkable (even in winter) to most attractions. Kitchen reasonably equipped to prepare a basic meal. No stove, hotplate only. Pots and pans, plates and cutlery supplied in unit.

Cons: Hot water for showers could be warmer. Showers were not cold but not warm enough to enjoy.

Pros: Great location, plenty of parking, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Paying for parking. As a hotel guest I feel it should be included in your stay. Additional bedding(blankets) in rooms would be a bonus, it is Canada after all.

Loved our stay, it would have been a 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for our noisy neighbours and kids in

Pros: Location was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. We loved our room, very comfortable bed and took advantage of the kitchenette.

Cons: The fact that we could hear the people next to us and in the hallway. I couldn't sleep the first night. We heard loud action movies, talking, kids in the hall. The sound travels. There is a sign at the front for quiet time between 11pm and 7am. But the noise was still going on at 2am and beyond.
