Pros: The rooms were so nice and inviting. My husband and I had a great time having a glass of wine in front of the fire watching a movie. Awesome breakfast.

Cons: Nothing all good

Pros: Liked the location. We got a free upgrade to the big suite. Staff was great.

Pros: Love that a little breakfast in bed is included with every booking. Staff are always going above and beyond.

Cons: The room was too warm and didn't cool down even after turning down the thermostat.

A Sterling Memory: Love That Never Fades

Pros: We recently spent two nights in Niagara Falls with my spouse of 32 years, who is battling terminal cancer. Knowing our time together on this earth is limited, we wanted to take a small, meaningful getaway. We chose to celebrate Valentine’s Day a little early and stayed at Sterling Inn & Spa. It was truly one of the best experiences we have ever had. The room was incredible, the staff were remarkable, and every detail made our stay feel special and comforting during such a tender time in our lives. We have already recommended the Inn to our family and friends. Thank you for giving us such a beautiful memory when we needed it most. Room 107 will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Pros: room very large clean, the nicks on furniture, touch up program could eliminate this. fireplace - post a note or card sharing how to turn-on hunting for a small black on black slide switch- i called front desk to ask. daily clean-up and refresh bed made wonderful to find when you return ed of day. bath amenities generous - a female guests would be delighted with cosmetic removal pads. breakfast each day wow, french press oj +++ delivered on time each day

Comfortable stay in heart of Niagara

Pros: Very clean and well maintained property. Super comfy bed and super friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast in room was unusual but very satisfying and set you up for the day. No falls view but then rate was very competitive and location was within walking distance of the main attractions. Would stay again 👍

Cons: As strange as this may sound the rooms were too big. The first one we were shown (Deluxe) was cavernous! I like a room to have a sofa perched in front of TV but the TV was so far away from sofa (and bed) that you’d need a pair of binoculars to see it. Staff were very accommodating in finding an alternative - the room was still big but had a much better layout. The second room did not have gas fire or steam shower which was unfortunate however an acceptable trade-off..

Pros: We loved the hotel and it is close to the falls and all the activities. Spacious room and the steam shower is amazing

Cons: We enjoyed the breakfast in bed idea- I would have appreciated more fruit options and maybe a bit more variety.
