Great Value and Breakfast

Pros: The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was very nice and the breakfast was fantastic.

Overall it is a good hotel to stay at and a great deal.

Pros: The room was very clean, the bed was a little soft for me , but that's just my personal taste.

Cons: Snow was not fully removed or plowed. Traveled with someone who has a mobility issue. Quite difficult to get around, floors were very slippery

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s modern design and cleanliness — everything was clearly well thought out. There was coffee and tea available in the room, as well as near the hotel exit in the lobby, where we were also welcomed with complimentary snacks. The room had a microwave. There was even a notepad with a pen provided. Upon arrival, the room was very warm, even though it was as cold as −16 °C outside.

Cons: The room had a floor-standing heater that quickly blew warm air and kept the room very warm, which was very convenient. However, it made the air in the room extremely dry, and the noise felt like sleeping next to a running hair dryer. It was difficult to breathe, but turning it off was not an option due to the cold.

Pros: Great location and very clean facilities. Staff was very helpful.

Cons: Parking was very full due to the excessive snowfall. The staff eventually assisted in providing overflow parking. It was our unfortunate experience to have an extensively loud crying child that went on until 2am in the morning. It was difficult for me because I had to work at 7:30 am in the morning.

Nice, clean hotel

Pros: The place is waiting 20 minutes walk to the falls. The pool is nice and clean. The room was decent size and it is a bonus that we were a le to bring our dog with us

Cons: The breakfast menu was ok however it could be better

Cons: Had to pay for parking, not indicated on booking site. Breakfast wasn't hot, just room temperature. Rooms a bit small but comfortable.

Pros: The staffs was very friendly and it has everything that I need in the room. The breakfast was simple but it was really good.

Pros: The place was clean, though the building was a little old, it was well maintained. Staff is very polite and attentive, responded all my questions and knew exactly what they are talking about. Even the housekeeping very polite and trying to help.

Cons: Room very very very small for that price, I felt trapped. Didn't even stay the next day. Stayed one night and left the very next morning... The heater system was very loud and turning on every few minutes. Maybe I slept about an hour all night (if lucky).

Pros: Super comfy rooms!! And loved included breakfast was so handy!!

Cons: Not really the closest to the falls as we stayed in winter so couldn’t walk but was an easy enough uber!
