3rd or 4th time staying here, comfy, clean, nice pool and good location

Pros: Third or fourth time staying here and have stayed in another couple of places in Niagara Falls. This place is the best for location, value, amenities and cleanliness at the falls. I’m quite picky on cleanliness at hotels and this place was cleaner than some 4 and 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. I didn’t notice a spec of dust in my room. Staff helped us get a crib for our baby to our room right away although we were early for checking in. All three staff members at front desk were prompt, professional, friendly and managed a busy check in with ease. Would return again next time.

Cons: Didn’t love the smell of the fast food restaurant

Pros: The location the staff was great the hotel was minus the hit water and leak in room last night.

Great hotel- we are return guests

Pros: All staff was very kind and friendly, ( including staff just using the elevator at the same time) check in was quick Room was nice and clean Hotel was clean Great location , close to everything on the strip

Cons: Pool- the pool was very cold, area very crowded ( I know the hotel can’t help that) hot tub full of babies- and I mean like 1-2 year olds splashing our faces , don’t think babies/toddlers should be in a hot tub, we return often and this was the first time experiencing this usually the pool is fine

Love the place

Pros: Great location. Staff were amazing. Rooms were clean spacious,even has microwave. Hotel.had express restaurant that we could.go through the hotel.no need to go out. Close to all restaurant attractions etc. No need to take the car out at all. Great quiet place. Overall I loved the place and highly recommend this place.
