Lovely staff at hotel with great view of falls

Pros: view from hotel room and size of hotel room. Breakfast was good and staff welcoming when encountered. I used treadmill in gym which was good too.

Cons: was all good really in hotel. really cold weather one day smashed us

Pros: Check in was quick and easy. Easy to find room and anything needed inside hotel. Any info needed was on signs in elevator. Was close to Clifton hill. Loved using pool and hot tub was perfect relaxing environment. Checkout was quick and easy. Staff were great and explained everything for parking options charges and info needed

Cons: The only thing I didn't love was the pillows so uncomfortable. That would be the only thing I would change.

Great location, amazing facility, and definitely exceeded my expectation.

Pros: For a 3 star Hotal, it exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean and staff were very helpful and efficient in responding to requests. The location was great and within walking distance to all attractions.

Cons: One of the beds in our room was too firm, but this is not a major issue, but rather a matter of personal preference. Towels were a bit small and the gym is also really small, but this had minimal impact on our experience.

Excellent location, value for money hotel, all eateries walk away, and a few metres from Clifton hill

Pros: Location, room nos 1018 and 1001 are highlights of the hotel

Cons: Staff tone is rude across, Tina leading the brigade!

Good location, easy to walk to the falls, comfortable and clean.

Pros: Welcoming staff, provision of parking, comfortable and spacious rooms

Cons: We booked a room with a sofa bed as we are three adult women travelling together. There wasn’t any bedding for the sofa bed or extra blankets in the room. NB - we didn’t ask for the bedding or blankets - I am sure they would’ve provided it, but having it in the room would’ve been a 10/10
