It was great!

Pros: We came in and we noticed a cigarette smell lingering. Our room was supposedly a non-smoking suite and we thought it was just coming from the heater because we had just turned it on. 30 minutes later, the smell stayed. I called to report and they immediately moved us to an upgraded room with no extra fee. Staff were very accommodating and kind. We even allowed to request to stay a bit pass check out time due to a last minute virtual meeting for work. Customer service was excellent and the upgraded room was nice and clean. Thank you!!

Cons: Breakfast fast only bread, cereals and pudding(?)

Had an amazing one night stay

Pros: It was a great location, the lady at the front desk let me store my ruck sack before I booked in and yet again after I checked out. I only stopped the one night but it was all clean and never used any facilities but the bed was comfy and yeah if I was in this area again I’d re book for sure.

Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like about this property to be fair.

EXCELLENT!!!!! Great room and great staff. I always come back . I absolutely love this place.

Pros: I had a king room with a jacuzzi. I travel a lot so it was extremely relaxing to have a jacuzzi. I loved it!!! And the indoor pool is spectacular.....it is clean and warm. One of the things I love here is the pool. Its great!!

Cons: There is NOTHING I did not like about this place. I come here often.... front desk always greets me by my first name every time I come here. I love the pool .... I love the location....I absolutely love EVERYTHING about this place!!! It is very clean and everyone is friendly. I love this place!!

Phenomenal Customer Service

Pros: Older place, but very clean, comfortable and AMAZING Staff and Service. They called 15min after we were in our room to ask if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Cleaning Service Providers were polite and friendly. Breakfast staff wonderful as well. Great location and can't beat the price! Room was large and the fridge was larger than the regular hotel fridges in most places.

2-3 night mini get away.

Pros: It's the perfect location for what we want out of our stay. Great staff, friendly and always there for you. Great price, not fancy but clean and we've found the best room for our needs. No complaints at all. We've stayed many many times in the last 8 years and will still return.
