Pros: The area was amazing, staff were great. Quick check in due to being able to check ✔️ prior from your phone.

Cons: Stairwell wasn't very clean, elevator had a bad odor. Took forever to get hot water. The bedding didn't appear to be cleaned properly. Doors did not work the greatest for entering the building. Window in the room was taped up. Fireplace in room did not work. Bathroom shower was very tiny. Couldnt move around in it without hitting the wall

Pros: Loved the location, the continental breakfast, and the staff. The price was awesome. Every person that worked there made you feel welcomed. I will definitely book here again.

Cons: Was a little dated and there was garbage on the floor in the hallways but my room was clean. I also struggled to get in the one outside door.

This hotel is very comfortable with a great location it's within walking distance of Clifton hill

Pros: We had Room 501 and it was very nicely done very clean the beds were comfortable. Not the greatest view but if you're looking for a nice comfy place to stay it meets your expectations.

Cons: We were very disappointed with the breakfast that was offered. It was very minimal. Most other hotels that we've stayed at have offered a breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, bacon stuff like that. We ended up only eating breakfast the 1st day we stayed there the other 2 days we went out for breakfast at Denny's.
