The Best Hotel in Niagara Falls!!!

Pros: Upon arrival we were greeted by Tony, Valet Service....very friendly, welcoming and courteous.....his interaction set the perfect mood for our 2 day stay. Very comfortable rooms, exceptional service and all amenities available. We had an amazing view of the falls from our room. We only stay here, it is our #1 hotel spot when in Niagara Falls Canada.....well done....see you in a few months.....

Pros: Only issue was attendant at the front desk was very curt with us when we asked about waterpark passes. Did not give me a good ending to our stay. We are Niagara residents. I wonder how a guest from out of town would feel. The attendant at check in was fabulous, even upgraded room.

Absolutely loved our staffs. A perfect one night getaway.

Pros: First of all, the gentleman that checked us in was very nice, nice smile and helpful. We had booked a room with a king bed and requested a high floor if poosible. We were given a king room on the top floor #2263 and it was beautiful with a Juliet balcony over looking the falls. The bed and pillows were wonderful. Nice, clean room. We had a beautiful breakfast buffet with freshly made omelets and more things to eat you you can imagine.Absolutely would come back!

Cons: A walk-in shower would be nice.

Perfect choice for a falls view stay - chose a falls view room!

Pros: The stunning view of the falls and use of sauna and steam rooms. A comfortable family room with two queen beds.

Fantastique

Pros: Sheraton Fallsview Hotel really has the best location, our view of the waterfall was very beautiful. The fire work show was amazing. The room was big with comfy beds. The people taking care of the car were very friendly Outside was a nice illuminated path.

Cons: Some elevators were often out of order. We didn't get the connecting rooms we had asked for month before our arrival.

Highly recommend!

Pros: The staff went out of their way to ensure a great visit, lots of activities for the kids, great restaurants and waterpark onsite! It felt like being on a resort! Felt like a mini Vegas for kids!

Cons: Instead of shower slippers, they should consider having disposable flip flops for guests who forgot theirs for the waterpark!

Pros: The room view was exceptional, the room size was fantastic, can't say anything about how the hotel and room were clean. The hotel location is amazing and the staff was great.

Cons: The indoor pool is very small to the size of the hotel with too much chlorine in it.
