Budget choice for a pretty great stay if you don't mind the multi-decades old carpet
Pros: Great location (beautiful walk along the river to see the American falls just feet away and the horseshoe ones just a little further) with some very friendly staff (the waitress at the breakfast area was so so friendly). Bed was clean and extremely comfy. The jacuzzi tub in the room was huge!
Cons: Old decore with old rugs that look like they need to be replaced -- leaving an odd corner or two that didn't quite pass the perfectly-as-clean-as-it-could-get check. I wish the morning breakfast was included with the price.

Great stay as always
Pros: I stay at this hotel a couple of times a year with my wife, and it never disappoints. The hotel is fantastic—spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and ideally located close to everything. On our most recent visit, we were delighted to see the upgrades, especially the newly renovated rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. We always look forward to coming back.

Very Close 2 Rainbow Bridge
Pros: Chose it primarily for its location : so close to Rainbow Bridge, which I crossed with my luggage from USA to Canada. Also, it faces the pavement on which I walked slowly 30 beautiful minutes to reach the Horseshoe Falls during the day, and 10 charming minutes at night to reach a good spot to watch the daily 10 PM fireworks!! Pleasant receptionists. Big room. Wide comfortable double bed. Classic decorations. Sufficient bathroom wiz enough towels & toiletries. Following day I kept my luggage at reception till I caught a bus to Toronto. Good Value for money.

Just right!
Pros: It has what you need if you just looking to sleep and be comfortable. We picked it for the price and it was very good. Instead of a more lavish hotel, we used our funds for FUN! The hotel is dated, though everything worked and it was clean. Its close to Rainbow bridge, location is just perfect for all things Niagara!

Best location and a great value for money.
Pros: A very good value for money, the location is perfect in case you are crossing the border bridge. Very close to the falls.
Cons: The facilities are quite old, though in an OK shape. You’d certainly like it in case you are into retro😉.

Pros: Good location. Comfortable beds. Dove toiletries. Big shower. Fridge. Coffee maker. Had a balcony. Pool and hot tub nice. Staff were pleasant, but only two night stay. Didn’t see much of them. Seemed a quiet time when we were there. Early Oct. Handy for Wego bus.
Cons: We had a nice modern room, but walking past some of the others being cleaned, they looked very dated. The hallways were dated too.

Great location, generous sized rooms with a fantastic view
Pros: The location is great, right next to bird kingdom, it’s an easy short walk to the Clifton hill area and our room had a view of the falls. There’s a Wego bus stop nearby. The hotel pool was a nice bonus.
Cons: The hotel is a little dated but the amenities are ok and it was reflected in the price

Pros: The morning staff at the restaurant are amazing, super friendly, and accommodating to are needs. To The chef of the kitchen your food was on point. Specially you French toast. I'd like how we where not far from the falls. We love a jacuzzi in are room.
Cons: The room need more detail into cleaning. Eg. The windows were so duty we could see out of it and it was full of dust. There's the odd wholes and unprofessional patch up work e.g( closet).the TV were out of date made it hard to watch TV. And the entrance key card door on the outside never was locked. The bench on the outside is really unstable and maybe be a liability later on.feel the property as a whole needs some tlc, to bring it back to its prestige look,But the staff are super stars <3
