Pros: The owners were so accommodating. I came earlier than expected and they arrived within 20 minutes to let me in. The room was well stocked with coffee pods and small snacks. The place was quiet and felt very safe as a solo traveler. The location itself is excellent--there are regular streetcar for east/west travel and Bathurst is a short walk to get north/south or onto the subway lines. The street is quiet/residential, but lots of coffee shops and amenities in walking distance

Pros: The house is on a quiet street in between two lively main roads full of bars and restaurants. Tram is a 5 minute walk and takes you downtown in about 15 minutes. The rooms and facilities are clean. The host is a very nice.

Cons: The AC was a bit noisy, although very effective.

Located in a good neighbourhood, short walk away from Chinatown & Kensington market

Pros: No breakfast, but they offered free snacks and water, along with a private fridge in the room to store your drinks and food.

Cons: The temperature monitor on the fridge was bright blue and stood out at night time when trying to sleep. Not really an issue, just needed to put a towel over top of this to reduce the light.

Pros: The host was very friendly and always available to help if I needed anything. The room had everything I needed, especially the NETFLIX TV, which was a great bonus. Complimentary coffee and water were a nice touch. The room and washroom were spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. It was quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was excellent, close to everything I needed. For the price, this place is a great value. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting the area.
