Charming Basement Suite with Private Entrance Near Subway

Pros: This is the cutest airbnb, accomodities are so easy and everything is clean !! The location is perfect if you want to visit the city, it’s near downtown and CN Tower and there’s a municipality parking right next to, which is perfect to be safe even in the night :) Frank is absolutely the best and si kind ! He’s always available and respond very fast !!

Pros: Apartment was clean, nicely decorated so we instantly felt welcome. Bathroom was spotless clean and the bed was super comfy! The location is very central, next to Bloor with loads of restaurants and boutiques. Public transport is walking distance. TTC green line station (Bathurst) is 2 minute walk and yellow line station (Spadina) is 10-15 minute walk. Frank our host gave us clear indications on how to get to the apartment. Messaged us a couple times before our stay so we were confident from the start that there would be no trouble with the reservation.

Cons: You can hear the TTC trains from the apartment (low rumbling every couple of minutes). I still slept great, didn't bother me.

Pros: It's very closed to subway entrance, only 5 minutes walking. The suite is very clean, newly equipped. There're anything needed for travelling. Everything is exactly described as posted. Though it in basement, it's very comfortable and air fresh. Recommend to other guests. Will be definitely comeback. Thanks host.

Fantastic Stay—Highly Recommend!

Pros: The location is excellent—close to good restaurants and metro. The space itself is cozy and inviting, with an incredibly comfortable bed. Frank is a wonderful host—friendly, attentive, and always quick to communicate

Cons: Since it's a basement, you can hear public transport quite clearly inside. Also, showering might be a bit challenging for taller people.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay here. This was a clean and tidy place, with houseplants and artwork to brighten up the atmosphere. The rooms and amenities were thoughtfully prepared and well-labelled, including the lighting setup. I didn't use the kitchen, so can't comment. The location is convenient, close to both the subway and many restaurants. That does mean you can hear the subway rumble periodically, but it didn't bother me.

Great basement apartment right by transit and public parking

Pros: Excellent place! Clean, welcoming, the description was honest about the kind of space it is - it's a basement apartment, don't book it if you're looking for a place with cathedral ceilings. It's rare to find a place like this with the quality of kitchen and space in the bedroom.

Cons: No parking on-site as shown on the booking page - although there is a Green P lot immediately next to the building, so it wasn't an issue (and probably more convenient than parking would be in the area).

Pros: The apartment is very cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the interior design makes you feel qt home, and the owner is very kind and supporting, the lights are very well positioned. It makes you feel very welcomed l, like at home. I also really strongly support the no shoes policy.

Cons: I would suggest it for long periods, or for people who like to stay home and live the house a lot, because it's small and being a basement has basically no natural light. The shower is a little small.
