Great and Warm

Pros: I really can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel is and how warm it made me feel. First of all, the room was very clean when I checked in and the landlord was very friendly in helping me settle in and patiently guided me. Although the room was small, it was very affordable and had everything you needed. When I checked out, the landlord kindly informed me that I had left my key behind and personally handed it to me. This was beyond my expectations and I was very surprised and touched. I definitely recommend this accommodation. It was the most heartwarming experience I had during my entire trip in Toronto.

Excellent location and good value for money

Pros: Excellent location, good wifi, comfy bed, very good value for money. It is all as announced on the website. I had to go to the Unviersity and could walk around easily.

Cons: There was a microwave, but a kettle would have been nice.

Pros: I attended a conference and needed a place to sleep. The guesthouse was easy access to public transit, the room was warm comfortable clean all I needed.

A Comfortable Room

Pros: Factor in the price and location, nothing compares. It ain't the Ritz, but it's clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. I'll be returning.

Cons: One bottle of water in the fridge would be nice. 15 cents? :)

Pros: Simplicity. Communication with manager on the arrival, close to underground, clean, safe. From YYZ airport take bus nr 900 and go to Kipling station. Take underground Nr. 2 . It takes you directly to station Sherbourne. From there 7 min walking to the guesthouse. Costs 3.35 CAD (1 ticket needed). Room small but has everything you need.
