a cozy stay in an old neighbourhood in the heart of Toronto
Pros: I enjoyed staying in this Quad room with my family. There was a fair common area (kitchen, etc.) that we didn't end up using, and we had the attic all to ourselves. There were good writing desks, a nice sofa, and essentials such as a hair dryer, body wash, and a lot of bathroom tissue lying around. The shower was really clean and nice, too; it seemed to have been recently renovated.
Cons: There was this very sloped stair that we had to use to access the rooms. It led up to a short and shallow hallway. We were a little bit worried that we might fall off when we had to use the hallway during the night. The rooms were also not at all soundproof, so the two rooms could hear each other well, even if it was just normal volume conversation.

Pros: Tolle Lage und gemütliche Betten. Direkt in Little Italy gelegen.
Cons: Die Küche teilt man sich mit den anderen Mietern und da die Wände recht dünn sind hat man leicht das Gefühl, die anderen Mieter zu stören. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr basic, wir haben daher viel auswärts gegessen.

Pros: Maison typique avec ses plus et ses moins (*les - étant les escaliers difficiles avec les valises), les équipements et les attentions du propriétaire : produits dd base cuisine et hygiène. Réactivité du propriétaire aux messages.
Cons: Pas de rideaux occultants ! Une lampe de chevet pour pouvoir lire dans les chambres

Pros: Chambre avec salle de bain privée propre. Calme. L'hôte est réactif. Parking pour voiture, on a pu laisser la voiture pour visiter la ville. Proche des attractions touristiques. Il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner.

Pros: - 방이 두개입니다. 전용 욕실이 있습니다. - 초등학교 앞에 있어서 안전하다는 느낌을 받음. - 주변에 큰 마트가 있습니다. 버스도 바로 탈 수 있음. 위치가 상당히 좋다. - 각 방에 창문이 있고 책상도 있다. 옷걸이도 각각 있습니다. - 호스트의 성격이 매우 좋습니다 - 여분 이불도 약 2개 정도 있습니다.
Cons: - 짐이 겁나 무거웠는데 방이 3층에 있어서 일주일치 힘을 썼습니다. 계단이 참 많습니다. 경사도가 높습니다. 넘어지지 않도록 주의하세요. - 살고 있는 사람이 많아서 밥 먹는 시간에 주방이 붐비는 편이다. - 주방이 2층에 있어서 주방에 왔다갔다 하려면 다리가 아팠다.

nous repasserons car séjour trop court pour bien apprécié la ville, de passage juste pour un concert
Pros: le premier atout : le propriétaire, très disponible, serviable et accommodant, un grand avantage dans une grande ville comme Toronto le 2e atout : l'emplacement, proche du centre ville, quartier calme le 3e atout : le rapport qualité/prix imbattable vu les services offerts (deux chambres et une douche/toilettes privées, serviettes de bain et bain-douche/shampooing à disposition, cuisine partagée avec tous les ustensiles et même des condiments, une place de parking gratuite) pour le prix, nous savions que nous n'aurions pas un service hôtel de luxe 5 étoiles, mais c'était au-dessus de nos espérances. bien contents d'avoir pu trouver un tel établissement pour notre brève escale à Toronto. nous pourrions y séjourner à nouveau si nous passions à nouveau dans cette ville.
Cons: le seul point faible : l'escalier est vraiment raide sinon, un peu de peinture dans les couloirs serait bienvenue, et, en dehors de l'établissement en lui-même, et donc indépendant de l'établissement, le quartier fait négligé. il faut aussi bien demander quel stationnement a été réservé, car ce n'est pas facile de savoir une fois sur place, même avec les indications GPS. un système de serrures comme pour les appartements pourrait être installé.

Good location, convenient parking, great value for two rooms + private bathroom. Not super clean.
Pros: I chose this listing mainly for two reasons: free parking and the location (walking distances to tons of restaurants at Bloor st, Spadina st and Kensington market). The parking was completely hassle free (the property managers give you straightforward directions when you book). Also the listing comes with two rooms! It is the entire upper floor which has a private bathroom. If you want to book two separate rooms for two or more people, I don't think you can beat this price. There is also a shared kitchen on the middle floor.
Cons: The cleanliness was subpar. The fridge in the shared kitchen obvious wasn't attended to in a while, because there was some takeaway that was rotting inside. Also, the walls of the private bathroom was covered with hair for some reason. The rest of the place was decently cleaned though.
