BUDGET Quad Room with En Suite Bathroom 36B

Fantastic location, cozy stay

Pros: The apartment is cozy, well equiped and totally clean. It's also ridiculously well located only 10 minutes walk from Toronto downtown, Chinatown and Kensington Market. The area feels totally safe and quiet. The host is very kind and gave precise instructions for entry and check-out. The kitchen is shared with other apartment but the bathroom is private for two connected rooms. This is also very clear from the pictures. They also provide parking upon request which can save you a huge headache from having to park around Toronto.

Cons: One of the rooms can get pretty cold at night. There is a radiator for this so it's not a big issue. In my case I was travelling alone so I simply switched to the other room.

Pros: The room is comfortable. Instructions are very clear.Location is strategic. It has everything we need, hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash. The common area has a microwave, hot water, dining table etc.

To sum up, staff is nice and reliable, but the room should clear some where to eliminate dust.

Pros: The place is located in Chinatown and near the downtown area. As a visitor, you can go to harbours (old downtown area) or visit Queen Street W. to eat various cuisines.

Cons: I don't know where, but the room or public area should have Dust mites or dust to be a trigger to allergy.

Pros: Fantastic location on a quiet street, the area felt very safe! Lots of space and we had everything we needed!

Cons: I think everyone struggled to lock the main door with the keypad lock as it was frequently unlocked and we struggled to lock it too. However, there were them separate room locks so we felt safe enough!

Pros: Quiet, clean. Good to sleep. Very comfortable bed.

A quiet clean place close to AGO and Chinatown.

Pros: A very quiet place with windows to the backyard. Clean. Comfortable bed. Not much, but excellent for a short stop, especially if you need a good sleep. Nicely renovated old buiding.

Cons: The water running from showers too harsh. Could be more gentle.

Pros: All in line with descriptions. Perfect localisation.

Pros: The location is excellent. Walking distance to the city and interesting tourist attractions. Parking provided.

Cons: Facilities are a bit old.

Clean, nice, exactly as expected.

Pros: Everything was clean, the location was awesome. Exactly as advertised.

Cons: The beds were a little uncomfortable, but not a big deal.

Pros: Great location, near everything you'd want to see DT Toronto! Very clean, small but functional, and the host is very nice and understanding! Would definitely go there again!

Cons: This was my fault too, but we did not realise that the kitchen and common room were shared between the four rooms. Just make sure you read the description very well before booking. But nevertheless, it was still really nice.
