Exceptional value, great service, spacious and comfortable.

Pros: I was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. I had the spa bath room and it was superb. Lovely and spacious. A few packs of biscuits topped up each day eas lovely. Reception was friendly and helpful. As a business traveler staying in normally high end 5 star, this was the best available in Listowel and I actually really enjoyed it. Recommend.

Cons: Can’t fault it.

A pleasant stay after a long drive

Pros: Bed is firm and clean Shower is good and easy to step in and out of bath tub

Cons: It's on the second floor. We didn't know there is breakfast available. The air conditioning is a bit too loud when it's on

We are repeat customers who will come again.

Pros: Good location for our visit to Listowel. Pleasant staff. Appreciate the coffee, water, and cookies that are provided. Comfortable and quiet.

Cons: The bathtub's height was difficult for a senior to get in and out. Would prefer a shower stall.

Pros: Quiet and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was good and convenient to town.

Cons: As someone who is very sensitive to fragrance, we found the plugin air freshener in the room extremely strong. We had to unplug it and air out the room . We mentioned this to the manager upon departure. Only one plastic glass was provided and two paper cups for coffee.
