Pros: Great location. Clean. Good facilities. Pool, gym laundry room.

Cons: Breakfast using plastic cutlery and paper plates.

Our hotel had friendly staff. The room was clean, wheelchair accessible, and comfortable.

Pros: I liked that it included breakfast and had a comfortable dining area and lounge area. The kitchen staff were very helpful and friendly as well. I loved the pool and children's play area by the pool. The best part was that we were able to have a totally accessible room with a roll in shower, grip bars, easy open entry door, and kitchen area.

Cons: At the end of our second day, I asked to add another night to our booking. The Front Desk person asked for my info and my Room Number, which I gave. She then looked it up and said it was available and said yes that we could stay another night. I said that Yes, I want to book another night. Our hydro was out at home, which was the reason we needed the hotel, and we had learned that our hydro was not back on yet so we really needed to stay. The next morning, my sisters were confronted by another staff member saying that we should have left! Cons: please add hair dryer on the washroom, and silverware on the kitchen

Pros: Room spacious. Clean. Pool and gym a bonus. Hot, cold breakfast. Good coffee. Staff friendly and helpful. Value for money.

Cons: Cannot open a window. Hotel air is stuffy.

Pros: Since my family and I stayed in the hotel only for one night, I can't say a lot. The room was clean and pretty big. There were two rooms ,one with two queen beds, second with a sofa bed and the small kitchen. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice with a variety of choices of food.

Cons: I can say that the pet fee is too expensive. Especially for the small dog, for one night. I paid $75, not including taxes. Also, we didn't like the anteroom that was located between the bedroom and the bath. When you use the place, you have to use a light, and if someone is already sleeping at the time that you use it, the light desturbs to the person.

Cons: Kitchen not well equipped. Can opener broken I bought one and left it. No forks or knives. One glass bowl but three lids in microwave. Condiment jars not topped up. Some days used towels were not replaced.

Great place to stay

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a great location for everything you want in st. Jacob's. Would stay there again. The free breakfast was amazing.

Cons: The full out couch was not very comfortable. But my friends stay the bed was great.

Pros: The breakfast had great choices. Fresh muffins...bagels...juices...very clean breakfast area. Absolutely fantastic location. St.jacobs marketplace...discount mall...massive antique shop...all located across the street. Conestoga mall very close which is a great shopping trip.

Cons: I enjoyed everything about this hotel. There really isnt any negative issues.

Pros: Suite large and comfortable, fully contained. Bed comfortable. Quiet.

Cons: TV cable package somewhat limited. Bathroom/Kitchen lighting interconnection weird ? There was a noticeable tapping sound over the bedroom, perhaps air conditioning units on the roof ?
