Pros: The hotel was beautiful and had a lot of amenities. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Cons: I couldn't turn the temperature lower than 20 so I felt it was too hot to sleep. Breakfast wasn't served until 7 and we had to leave before that so we missed our included breakfast

I would stay again!

Pros: Requested scent-free room and the room was scent-free down to the soaps and shampoos provided.

Cons: The breakfast sausage patty and (powdered?) scrambled eggs were unappetizing.

Amazing - was the perfect spot.

Pros: Pretty much everything from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, room was excellent and overall, just a great stay for us with our fur babies.

Cons: Nothing!

Great stay

Pros: We liked the location, lots of restaurants around timmies right beside Dennys down the street we booked a 1 bedroom suite lots of space nice little kitchen area, small fridge

Cons: Nothing to complain about other than breakfast ended at 9 and a good selection we didn't make it both mornings just because we wanted to take our time, we are on holidays 10 would have been better 😀

the pool is great, it was fun for the kids (could even improve it a notch); overall great comfort

Pros: room spacious, beds comfy breakfast good, loved the pool (especially the kids)

Cons: The staff at the front desk was overwhelmed and needed help and support. Would appreciate having (a reasonable amount of post breakfast or breakfast related) snacks available all day (muffins) for young kids given how expensive is the hotel

Great location, Clean Rooms and Comfy Beds

Pros: The hotel has a GREAT location with a cinema, Tim Horton's, Wendy's and Taco Bell on a walking distance. The room was super clean and beds were comfy.

Cons: There were people screaming and talking very loudly at 12 am which ruined my sleep but I guess that wasn't really the hotel's fault.

Spacious Room

Pros: Location was good for our needs. Able to get parking right outside front entry. The room was very spacious and really appreciated the electric recepticals beside the bed. The vanity space was the best I've ever seen and the inclusion of a night light was a nice touch. Being on a side street, there was no road noise, and the blackout blinds worked great.

Cons: The heater fan continually came on thru out the night even with our adjustments.
