Lovely

Pros: Location- close to the university and also close to the city center

Cons: Would have loved a buffet breakfast

Pros: Overall, just a very nice hotel and the staff are really friendly!

Close to University which we loved.

Pros: Breakfast to go was excellent: yogurt parfait, fruit cup and breakfast burrito.

Good location, a bit expensive.

Pros: Close enough to all the locations that we needed to visit. Easy to find. Nice restaurant with friendly staff.

Cons: The hotel charged us for parking. You should see the huge parking lot that they have and yet they feel the need to charge extra.

Pros: I thought it was expensive considering it was Christmas and far from full

Elegant, beautiful building, very relaxing stay

Pros: Beautiful, gorgeous building, very elegant, spacious and attractive. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly appointed room, two room bathroom was a delight, with lots of mirrors. Quiet building, nice views from upper stories.

Cons: Breakfast not included, which is a little surprising, but easy to use mini fridge to have your own breakfast in the room.

Overall stay was great! We will be back😃

Pros: Cafe Mason was awesome. I understand sit in for breakfast closes at 11am but providing the option for take out is helpful.

Cons: I feel the front desk staff should greet you and make eye contact when approaching the front desk or even when walking by. I was served by Jeff who was pleasant but seemed distracted when ringing up my items from the convenience store. Seemed like he could have been reading his emails. When asked about the cost of parking, he told me the prices form Sunday to Thursday. But seemed annoyed when asked about the parking for Friday and Saturday. Again, it could just be me but this is based on perception. Nice to hear it's complimentary parking on those days☺ Weird to find out no swimming for 12 and under because of the contract you have with Movati. Kids were disappointed but great for me as I didn't have to wash their hair lol. We ended up going to Blue Mountain beach so that compensated things.

Pros: Large bed and very comfortable, bathroom vanity and counter separate from toilet and tub. Starbucks in lobby

Cons: A few challenges to get the smart tv setup but finally got it done.

Nice and comfy stay near University of Geulph

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near the University of Guelph, which is our main purpose of travel. The hotel offers a sense of antique, but its facilities are in good condition. Hotel staffs are very helpful when we need to store our luggage and also to use microwave.
