Great location. Easy to get to everything. Washing machine and Dryer are a great bonus.

Pros: Located within a 7 minute walk of Dundas Square and the Subway, it was very easy to get around the city. The building is well managed and quiet. As with a lot of parts of Downtown, there were a few homeless people around the building but they were harmless and part of the fabric of a great area. It was great having a washing machine and dryer for our ten day stay. We were able to control the thermostat easily as the weather fluctuated a lot during our stay (between 13 and 28 degrees). If the weather is warm, it is a good idea to shut of the glass doors to the bedroom to keep the air cool as you sleep. Most defiantly is a cosy, well maintained apartment. The furniture in the apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. That single bed is indeed in the kitchen dining area! The owner was great to deal with and answered any questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay and would most definitely book again.

Cons: When we arrived, the bathroom sink was dirty but that was easily fixed with a spray of the cleaning supplies under the sink. We did not have any knives to cut food with so we had to buy some along with sponges for washing up and cloths to dry dishes with. There were very few utensils to cook with. Only one large pot (no saucepans or fry pan) and no tongs to turn food with. There were also no drinking glasses. You had champagne flutes or coffee cups. The single bed in the kitchen/dining space would be better as a fold out sofa that can be utilized as a bed if needed. There are no additional pillows in the room at all so the two thin ones on the bed are all you have. We had to use the pads off the chairs and the extra blanket of the single bed to elevate heads however, the double bed is very comfortable. Old open packets of food were in the cupboards and cans in the fridge. The apartment was reasonably clean but not to a hotel room standard that you might expect. Nothing bad, just not great. The furnishings, while clean and tidy, are all mismatched and scream of having been picked up or donated with no thought to how to best present the space as a holiday letting. With the full kitchen facilities, I expected more utensils and flat wear. Somewhere to lounge would be a great bonus to the space.

Pros: Posizione comoda e vicina alla fermata Dundas della subway. Semplice accesso e comodo per servizi di prima necessità prossimi al palazzo. Lavatrice e asciugatrice preziosi visto che le tappe del mio viaggio erano parecchie e la valigia limitata.

Cons: La seconda notte, sabato su domenica, si è attivato l'allarme antincendio e mi sono presa uno spavento non indifferente. Probabilmente sono tutti abituati visto che siamo stati gli unici a uscire in strada. Ovviamente ciò non è dovuto all'host. Per fortuna tutto ha funzionato a dovere e non ci sono state conseguenze negative. Il palazzo è pieno di giovani, qualcuno avrà esagerato con un elettrodomestico...

Pros: The property is out of exception, it’s very clean and tidy and organized.

Cons: Mancano diverse cose all’interno dell’appartamento utili ad un soggiorno. Nella cucina gli utensili, i piatti, le posate, i bicchieri e le tazze non sono sufficienti. Manca anche una scopa. L’appartamento non era pulitissimo al nostro arrivo.

Loved the clean unit, location, and reasonable rate. Would have preferred to have a television in the unit.

Pros: Central and clean; host was very available as well.

Cons: No temperature/heat control
