Hilton Garden Inn Niagara-on-the-Lake

Pros: Over the years the Hilton footprint has been upgraded to modern, efficiency whichever you choose, I really appreciate that consistently. This particular hotel is set to host so many private and comfortable seating areas inside & out. The staff were wonderful, each one we encountered. Super clean, good food 👍.

Cons: There is nothing I could critique.

Pros: Big clean room, microwave and coffee machine in the room, very pretty view out of the window, plenty of parking

Cons: Location in the name is a little misleading - it's a 18-minute drive to the Niagara-on-the-lake town. Housekeeping not daily (every second day). A bottle of water in the room was $2.00 CAD.

Pros: Fantastic location for visiting Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and as a bonus, the premium outlets are just across the road. Room was clean and spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. Ample free parking on site.

Pros: Proximity to highway and easy drive to Niagara on your Lake town proper or the Niagara Outlet Collection mall.

Cons: Comfortable but showing its age a bit in room and lobby. Did not use any amenities so cannot comment. Not sure about rate value, but it was sold out so likely higher rates for Saturdaty.

It was an Incredible. They exceeded all my expectations, Again!!!

Pros: It was clean and very modern. The staff were incredible and we always have a great time at that location

Pros: Very comfortable room - we stayed in a king room overlooking the gazebo and woods at the back. Good arm chair and ottoman and a desk chair were great to have. Modernized bathroom and good closet area with storage baskets. Good window coverings, side tables and nice light fixtures. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Checkin quick and easy. Decor very welcoming throughout. Coffee and fruity water in the lobby was provided. There is a handy small shop with drinks, wine and beer, and snacks open 24/7.

Cons: The bed was very high - why? It was difficult to get in and out of. The shower could use a refresh on the grout. The coffee station was in a dark alcove and needed a light.

Pros: The rooms and pool were clean and maintained. The staff were friendly.

Cons: We have stayed at other Hilton garden inns with the breakfast and were allowed to order an omelet and have a few items like yogourt, fruit and extra bacon from buffet.

This is a lovely hotel, but be aware of its location.

Pros: Everything about the hotel was excellent except its location. This was supposed to be the Hilton Niagra-on-the-lake, but was nowhere near either Niagra nor Niagra-on-the-lake.

Cons: It took 20 minutes to drive to the town, which bares the name of this hotel!

Relaxing and enjoyable. Will come again.

Pros: Beautiful property, great staff, terrific breakfast. Restaurants was nice, too. Clean, comfortable room.

Cons: Room was a bit smaller than expected, but very nice. Would like a few more options on the TV. (Movie rentals, more than basic cable)
