Very friendly &professional

Pros: Extremely nice, polite and helpful staff. Better than in some expensive resorts. Very clean. Family friendly. Efficient check-in and communications.

Cons: Poor soundproofing to the hallway. We had a room next to the elevator & ice machine, and heard every guest coming or leaving. Noisy AC/heating.

Comfortable stay, clean and pleasant staff.

Pros: Everything was great for the price, beds comfy, linen and pillow choices excellent, the room felt clean and fresh.

Cons: Streaming capability would really enhance the experience. Chromecast or Firestick options for Prime and Netflix accounts would make the hotel more competitive with similar hotels nearby that have that as an option.

Very Good Hotel, Family Friendly and Excellent Facilities with Large Rooms

Pros: The hotel is very family-friendly. It is clean and has lots of parking facilities with free EV charging. The staff is very cordial and knowledgeable.

Cons: The restaurant needs to be improved. More hot food options for breakfast. The same breakfast choice for the 5 days makes it very monotonous. My kids do not like it after 3 days as they are having the same options only.

Excellent Stay. We are repeat guests!

Pros: Breakfast included was good. Room was clean and plenty of room. Staff went above and beyond to ensure the feather pillows were removed for my allergy. Really appreciated the service. Front desk staff was friendly, as well as breakfast staff. Eating area for breakfast was clean and tidy.

Cons: It would be nice if there was a note pad and paper in the room. We were looking for something to write on. A couple more toiletres in the bathroom would be nice.

Satisfactory

Pros: Food was ok. Furniture in dining area was too large so it obstructed aisles and reduced the number of seats available. Definitely not easy for my wife with a walker and mobility issues. Too many people and kids standing around yakking- not eating

Cons: See above Chairs in room not designed for comfort

A good hotel in St Catherine's

Pros: We got a connecting room with our friends, which was awesome. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the pool. Would stay again.
