Very nice few days!
Pros: I liked that the room seemed very clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was delicious and good variety. Because we came in winter and had a couple cold days, it was nice for the heater to really keep us warm! Thank you again!
Cons: Just the beds seemed a bit soft and a bit uncomfortable but I was still able to sleep.

Amazing and comfortable hotel!
Pros: Room was extremely comfortable with an amazing shower. Breakfast was top notch and included in our price.
Cons: There was a domestic fight on our floor in the middle of the night with them screaming at each other in the hallway. Not the hotel's fault but it definitely hindered my sleep.

Highly Recommend – Fantastic Staff and Room
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do. The hotel features a fantastic pool, and the sixth-floor loft is a standout. It offers access to a bar, bowling alley, arcade, and much more, providing everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

A great value!
Pros: We were a group of friends travelling to the area to visit our friend who retired there. Our suite was practical and very comfy. Zero noise issue.
Cons: What's not to like? Free parking, a very, very nice free breakfast. The pool was refreshing.

Look no further!
Pros: I had absolutely no problem whatsoever in getting my coffee maker changed out to what I had pods for. From the front desk staff all the way to house keeping and maintenance, exceptional, curtious and helpful. Their objective was the satisfaction of their guests. The place was full of competitors crazy busy, the staff was not phased in the least. Their game was in full view. Thank you. 5 stars plus!
Cons: No real issues, parking lot was crazy full, that's a sign of a good facility.

Pros: Big comfortable room, super comfy beds. Free breakfast and free parking.
Cons: The pull out couch needed cleaning on the inside. But other than that the hotel and room are very clean and comfortable.

Magnifique et relaxant
Pros: Personnel serviable et accueillant. Petit déjeuner varié et à volonté. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super par rapport à Niagara Falls, à une vingtaine de minutes et à une heure et quelque de route de la ville de Toronto. Il y a de beaux parcs à quelques minutes de l'hôtel pour faire des balades en famille. Les suites sont belles ,on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin dans la cuisine pour faire des petits repas si on ne veut pas manger dehors. Je recommande et nous reviendrons certainement une prochaine fois!

Pros: Der Empfang im Hotel war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer im 9. Stock war gross und verfügte über einen separaten Küchen und Wohnzimmerbereich. Das Schlafzimmer überzeugte mit einem grossen, bequemen Bett. Das Bad ist mit allem ausgerüstet (Duschmittel, Shampoo, Bodylotion, Seife etc.). Gegenüber dem restlichen Raum eher klein. Das Frühstück ist ein klassisches kanadisches Frühstücksbuffet. Teilweise musste man auf das Nachfüller des Kaffees und Früchte warten. Aber das Personal war bestrebt, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Essen im Ostin kann empfohlen werden. Freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Fleisch so gegrillt wie bestellt. Wurden über die einzelnen Weingüter informiert, welche den Empfehlungen entsprachen.
Cons: Die Teller am Frühstücksbuffet waren nicht immer sauber. Teilweise fehlte es an Milch und Kaffee, Obst etc.
