Pros: Breakfast hours were not available for our early departure. The room was excellent because of the layout and amenities. The bathroom lighting was just right. Congratulations to the room design team.

Cons: We wanted to ask for a takeout breakfast box, but no one answered our calls to guest services or restaurant.

Short but pleasant

Pros: - Quick check-in; change of room type from a double bed to 2 king beds at no extra cost; great fitness center and a swimming pool; complementary coffee/tea station at the lobby - Very nice front desk staff - Convenient complementary transfer from the airport to the hotel (runs every 30min)

Cons: - Very limited breakfast options (not cheese and ham were available)

quiet and comfortable

Pros: Usually stay next door at the Four Points but tried this location returning from an international trip and everything was great. Shuttle was available (without a long wait), check in was efficient, even got upgraded to a suite. Will be staying here the next time i fly through Pearson!

Surprisingly well equipped, spacious and clean room! Great value for money.

Pros: The room pleasantly surprised us with how clean, spacious and accessoriesed it was, compared to how basic and outdated the building and corridors looked. Better this than the other way around! Good shuttle services.

Cons: The two hotels (four points and element) sharing the same front desk and shuttle REALLY threw me off. They should communicate this setup better.

Pros: The check-in was seameless. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming.

Cons: There was no porter to assist with bringing down our suitcases from the vehicle when we arrived.
