Great stay, modern TV, and right by the airport

Pros: Clean room, modern hardware. A lot of hotels have older tvs where you cant connect your phone. This hotel has newer, better ones from this decade lol. Their IT team was also very fast in helping me connect when I had issues.

Highly recommend and definitely be back.

Pros: Location was great as transferred older friend with severe difficulty with walking. Even better was our ease in middle of of a severe blizzard.

Cons: Huge double sliding. Doors to bathroom loss of privacy. Architects got that one wrong

Comfortable, just what you need for 12 hr layover

Pros: Restaurant open late, we had a late flight and delayed luggage collection so was grateful to get a bite to eat even though it was late

Cons: Lack of signs/clear directions from the airport

Nice hotel with airport shuttle and rail link to Toronto

Pros: Very nice small pleasant hotel with shuttle link to Terminals, and frequent fast rail link to Downtown Toronto. Enjoyed stay here and restaurant offering. Staff all pleasant, Dwayne on Front Desk superb.

Cons: All good.

Pleasant hotel right by airport - with rail link to city Downtown.

Pros: Nice pleasant quiet hotel right by airport (shuttle to Terminals stops right by hotel) but also with frequent fast rail link to Downtown Toronto. Liked our room and enjoyed restaurant. Staff were pleasant, a special word for Dwayne on front desk, really great.

Cons: All good no complaints. Would use again.

The hotel is a very convenient location for Toronto airport. I loved the Porter service for Baggage

Pros: Location was perfect for an overnight stay near the Torontoairport, to allow for an early morning flight.

Cons: While it may be common practice, I was not informed that there would be a $100.00 additional charge on my credit card. It was released after, but since I was not aware, I was not expecting it, I had to send a note and request clarification of my CC charge.it was just an annoyance I didn't need at a busy time of travel.

Pros: Free drip coffee at the hotel bar in the morning (we left the hotel early).

Convenient, clean and comfortable!

Pros: It was super close to the airport. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: No room service but there was a restaurant in the lobby that you could pick up your orders from.

Pros: Very convenient being on the terminal train line. Was super comfortable and clean. Appreciated that we could buy some supplies when we arrived in the middle of the night. Would definitely stay again.
