Pros: The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a large TV. The bathroom was spotless and the shower-bath was excellent with immediate hot water and great pressure. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were complimentary. The included breakfast was quite adequate and the coffee was hot!

Cons: The furniture is quite outmoded and there are signs of wear, e.g. in the lifts.

Pros: The hotel was close to the airport, and the pick up bus were the best.

Pros: breakfast was excellent. room was spacious, clean and quiet, staff were courteous and knowledgeable, handicapped parking was located right at the entrance, rates were in line with the market, good value

Pros: We liked the big screen TV with Netflix and spacious bathroom with multiple towels of a very good quality. And the breakfast was very nice with hot meals, toasts and waffles.

Cons: The curtains did not shut all the way and the bright lights from the outside disturbed the sleep for the person who used the bed near that window.

Pros: Location to airport, free shuttle 24 hours. Lovely and peaceful stay, very comfy bed, lovely and clean. Was a bit more expensive than I wanted to pay, but worth it for a stopover

Good nights sleep at reasonable prices with breakfast and shuttle service.

Pros: Good size room with very comfortable beds. Plentiful breakfast with good options. Short shuttle bus ride from terminal to hotel. Stayed here in March 2019 for our first night in Canada as permanent citizens.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. Shuttle to the airport is frequent (every half hour). Up Express from airport to Toronto is every 15 minutes and has a journey time of 25 minutes.

Comfortable and Conveniently located near airport

Pros: Hotel was a short shuttle bus ride away. Nice flower beds by the entrance. Check in was friendly and efficient As a gold member of Hilton, I was offered a chocolate bar and a bottle of water. I booked a king size room with a large king size bed. I was allocated a room which had two Queen sized beds. The room itself was spacious. It had a microwave and fridge and washing sink It was a quiet room on the ninth floor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was an ice machine nearby. The lifts were large. Gym facilities good - pool and fitness area Breakfast was good - omelettes, sauteed potatoes, sausage patties, baked beans, waffles, bread for toasting, yoghurt, teas and coffees, fruit juices from a machine dispenser, bananas, apples, yoghurt. Wi-fi was very good

Cons: Shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel had varied times for the every half hour frequency. A couple of reception desk staff would benefit from more customer focused training. No convenience store nearby No eating places nearby Paper plates and plastic cutlery portray a \
