Hotel stay

Pros: We really liked our room, it was big and spacious with a king sized bed that was very comfortable. My wife really loved that it had king sized pillows as well. We used the jetway park and fly and it was just next door which was an added bonus. Also the Keg restaurant was just across the street.

Cons: Nothing to really complain about.

The best day I've had in the Toronto area in a really long time.

Pros: I loved the dinner menu as well as the breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful and friendly and even went above my expectations at certain times.

Pretty good overall.

Pros: Location was good and shuttle bus was great, convenient. The room was nice, and roomy: comfy beds.

Cons: The door on the bathroom wasn't a regular door, but was a sliding barn door style. Not great for the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom. No complimentary breakfast.

Pros: Very easy to get in and out. Has place to eat inside and bar. Very beautiful. Rooms are beautiful and when I got to my room the tv said, welcome Marcia which was nice too.

Cons: That I didn't have more time to spend there before my flight. I will have to stay longer next time.

Blown away

Pros: I was blown away by this hotel. I was a little in doubt from the previous reviews but my stay was superb. Firstly check in was smooth , professional and friendly and they let me check in early. Secondly I ordered room service. It was prompt and the soup and chicken wings were delicious! The pool area is clean and pleasant. I used it twice. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Lovely juices and smoothies! Finally, the room was excellent. I had a king room and the bed was amazing, temperature comfortable and TV/Netflix. I paid very reasonably to extend check out 5 hours for a late flight. Special shout out to David at reception, but all staff were great. With many similar choices I am so pleased I chose the Westin. Both were great in Toronto and you now have a new loyal customer. Thanks!

Pleasant stay close to airport!

Pros: Location and ease of airport access! Excellent shuttle service!

Cons: Bedding and pillows were not comfortable. We had 2 queen size beds with very large and heavy comforters and pillows.

Pros: They helped us get a room when booking fail to contact them but booking provided a confirmation number. This was 3am and following many flight cancellations. All rooms in the city were full. While my wife and called around the manager at the Westin received a cancellation and luckily enough, for us, he and the chech in person had kept trying to help us. Very nice folks and saved our night.

Cons: Booking doing a confirmation number but not transmitting it to the hotel.
