Great room, close location to the airport, wonderful stay.

Pros: I was really impressed with the room. It was clean, quiet, comfortable with a great bed. I was impressed with the restaurant, with the quality of food and appreciative of the hours of operation.

Nice, quiet hotel near the airport with very comfortable beds.

Pros: Great place to sleep with quick shuttle to the airport twice/hour. The room was quiet and beds were very comfortable.

My stay was great.

Pros: The drivers of the shuttle bus were extremely helpful. For instance, explaining where in Terminal 1 I could find the UP Express terminal.

Cons: The coffee maker in the room was very generous in size but I do not drink coffee. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea.

A nice place to stay.

Pros: Clean close to the airport, I didn’t have to wait too long for the shuttle like some of the hotels I have stayed in, in the past. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: No instructions on how to use the coffee machine in the room

Amazing front desk staff

Pros: The front desk staff were so amazing and helpful. I got an early check in and an upgrade. This was extremely kind and helpful after a long drive in a storm.
