Comfy bed, great food, a great place for a layover that is close to the airport

Pros: Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Great restaurant. I flew away and left my phone behind and the staff did everything to help me get my phone back. Awesome customer service!!

We would rather have been home but this hotel was very lovely and well equipped to handle our stay

Pros: The room was lovely. The gym and pool were very good! Lots of quality equipment and the pool was quite large. Breakfast was very good!

Cons: We ended up having to stay for four nights rather than just one. It was a bit of a tough go to get the extra nights since thousands of people were stranded in Toronto during that storm.

Pros: Amazing Nikki at reception and fabulous waiter at the restaurant (sorry, did not ask for the name). Rooms are a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle service appreciated.

Convenient for layover

Pros: I was only in the building for about 7 hours, so can only comment on the room, whether it has facilities and what they are like who knows! The shuttle was at the stop when I came out of the airport and the driver was helpful.
