Pros: The room was comfortable, nice bed. Friendly staff, good breakfast options. Nice restaurant just outside. Close to airport with shuttle included

A neat, tidy refurbished hotel with free shuttle and breakfast included.

Pros: Shuttle pickup went smoothly. Room was great. King bed, lots of space, clean well supplied bathroom.

Cons: breakfast was adequate. Personally would prefer bread to bagels as an option with a boiled egg but it was more than adequate.

Pros: Close to airport, timely shuttle service, quite clean and quiet. A great hotel to book prior to an early flight from Pearson.

Single night stay after arriving in TO

Pros: The staff were amazing. The hotel was clean, comfortable and a great location close to the airport. It's an older hotel but has been updated and is in decent condition for its age.

Cons: Not much I didn't like.

A format that works!

Pros: Couldn't fault the overall package. One of the best hotel room experiences I've had.

Cons: Unfortunately it's always other guests. Woken up by inconsiderate guests having loud animated conversations in the wee small hours. C'mon guys! It's not Sparks fault so don't let my experience stop you booking in.

Pros: Nice and spacious room. We appreciated the little convenience fridge...the microwavable meals were reasonably priced. Perfect if you're so exhausted that you just want to eat on you bed. Lovely 24hr coffee and tea station in the lobby.

Cons: The rooms are newly refurbished with lovely beds! However, the massive AC block in the far corner of our room must have been from the 90s or older. It was utterly loud and still did not manage to heat up the room.
