Pros: Shuttle, even at 2am. Quiet room at the end of the corridor, as per my last minute reservation request. Looked brand new. Good bed. Excellent front counter service people. Good breakfast. Only noise I heard was from overhead planes.

Great

Pros: Overall is was great for one night. Clean comfortable we left before breakfast was served but the front desk gave my husband a little gift bags of treats which came in handy later.

Cons: That the damage deposit takes up to a week to reimburse

Pros: A new hotel, no bells and whistles, but pleasant comfort and cleanliness, both of which are important to me. Most importantly, one of the best shuttle services. Busses come every 30 min. Super good value for money.

Pros: The hotel is very new, clean and modern. Staff are friendly. Lots of great little features in the room and a large window to view the landings at Pearson Airport.

Cons: Window had fingerprints all over it, hoping it was a simple miss by the cleaning staff.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement.

Pros: The coffee was fresh and tasty, which I liked. The breakfast was just okay for the price we paid and not really worth it.

Cons: I was surprised to find that parking was not included in the booking price.i had to pay extra $50.

Our stay here was amazing, we have stayed at a lot of hotels in Toronto and this one ranks top notch

Pros: Location was perfect for a quick ride to the Toronto Airport

Cons: This hotel was close to perfect, if I had to point out what I didn’t like it was the toilet paper lol, I am very particular as I like a very thick ply and they supplied a quite thin ply.

Bright, modern hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Breakfast was great in terms of quality and variety. One of the staff members, Prad, was extremely helpful at breakfast, checking ingredients for me to help with my food sensitivity.

Cons: While I liked that the shuttle schedule was fixed, it could have been more on schedule.
