Comfort at its best

Pros: Love how friendly the staff were, as well as the cleanliness and close proximity to the airport

Totally happy staying there

Pros: Food was good. Lived having the shuttle to the airport

Pros: The beds the front desk attendant. Very observant man

Cons: The fluctuating air conditioner especially in the morning. Inset it but still felt cold in the morning.

Pros: Clean, spacious, comfortable. Was great to use all facilities for free: gym, sauna, pool, felt wonderful before a long flight

Cons: I was very disappointed that the property was pushing me to use a credit card, that I in fact did not have. The night shift person was pushing me to use as if I’d lied that I don’t have it. At the end when he saw I have a Bank of America debit card, he agreed to check me in. That was suspicious coz like do you not check in without cc or you finally do? I was extremely frustrated and upset as I missed my long flight. At the end I was checked in and spent good time

Pros: It was clean, good price, convenient airport access.

Cons: Rooms were a little dated but for the price and location, it wasn't a big deal.

Great value option for layover stay

Pros: Spacious room at a convenient location near the airport. Perfect for people travelling with an overnight layover.

Cons: The connection between the parking lot and the hotel is more complicated than it needs to be. Should be an easy fox for the administration. Going into the dark multilevel parking lot seems a little scary.

Very good value for the price

Pros: I only stayed overnight for about 9 hours so I did not have breakfast. The staff gave very good service The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very good value for a very reasonable price. I stayed there before and would stay there again.

Cons: Only tiny bottles of toiletries were provided.

Recommendable Hotel near Toronto Airport

Pros: Large room, large desk, comfortable bed, lots of power outlets, fridge, large laptop safe, large Samsung TV, sofa, iron & ironing board, large bathroom, nice dinner selection and food quality in the restaurant, free airport shuttle (you need to phone them to get picked up). Despite planes flying directly and very close over the hotel, you couldn't hear them in the room at all.

Cons: The price was a bit on the high side. Dinner service in the restaurant was a bit slow. Breakfast included in the room price is one food and one drink item on the menu, there is no breakfast buffet. But those are minor points. Apart from some restaurants, there is no further infrastructure in walking distance (such as grocery stores or banks).

Pros: The facility was clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The location was directly in flight path of planes landing but noise was tolerable with ventilation fan on.

I found staff very helpful with every question I asked. I tried to on my return but couldn’t.

Pros: Very comfortable room & bed, very quiet with aircraft noise to the minimum. Shuttle was fine. The breakfast waitress was very obliging with my requests for a flat plate due to a hand injury rather than a small bowl to put my eggs & bacon onto the toast.

Cons: Pool was too cold, sauna not hot enough & spa was very mild jets but hot. The Flightpath restaurant was terrible, with one waitress, service was very slow, I asked for a drink but it never arrived. Menu was boring, I had brushetta, tasteless no herbs in it.
