Truly appreciated!

Pros: I stay at this Holiday Inn several times per year, when I'm travelling. However, this time I arrived late at night, very sick & ready to fall over. The wonderful young lady who checked me in @ 9:30PM in December 29, immediately saw that I was about to faint from exhaustion. She took wonderful care of me, so that I could rest there for 2Ns. Thank you! True hospitality!

Cons: hallway carpets need to be removed and hard floor instead, luggage does not roll well on carpet!

A hotel handy to the airport.

Pros: A spacious room with a view of the airport..it was well appointed with fridge and microwave.

Cons: The floor wasn't clean. It was very gritty to walk on.

One day Toronto stopover.

Pros: Good location. Reliable shuttle service. Friendly and helpful reception.

Cons: With full occupancy staff struggled to attend to everyone in the bar and restaurant. For half of happy hour there was no staff to serve people. Customers were complaining.
