Pros: Staff very helpful. Room very comfortable & spacious. Very clean. Well equipped.

Cons: Although we knew the upper floors were under renovation, contactors should NOT be drilling at 3 am in the morning, nor working during the period midnight to the morning. Otherwise we could have rated our staff as superb. One small issue was for tea drinkers we would never use water not boiled in a kettle. But the coffee was good!

Great spot. Great staff. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Toronto.

Pros: Spacious room. Very comfortable king size bed. Quiet building. We had two meals in the hotel restaurant. They were both delicious and the servers were very pleasant.

Professional staff, good shuttle service and spotless rooms.

Pros: Shuttle service was excellent, reception team were welcoming and friendly as were the bar and restaurant team. Breakfast was really tasty and reasonably priced. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing - it was perfect.

Comfortable hotel to spend our last night in Canada.

Pros: The staff were amazing. Got an early check in, had delicious lunch at cafe and breakfast from the ‘quick’ counter. Really appreciated the comp. shuttle to airport.

Cons: Corridors smelled a little musty, room did not.
