Comfortable stay in London

Pleasant stay for 2 elderly out-of-towners.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, cleanliness, quiet, breakfast.

Cons: Room on 1st floor was good location for us as we both are unable to walk far, but our view, if you can call it that, was about a 7 ft high wooden wall and recycling containers within about 10 or 15 feet from our window. Disappointing.. Bathroom floor was freezing!

Pros: Staff were exceptional - pleasant, polite and went out of their way to help us solve a tricky issue with our reservation when we had to check out early due to illness. This is our go-to hotel in London!

Spacious Rooms

Pros: I booked the king room, which was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to complete my meetings efficiently and enjoy some well-deserved downtime. Big shout-out to Vic’s Restaurant! Amazing food and unbeatable prices!

Cons: The second-floor pop machine wasn’t working, and there was some mess from renovations down one of the halls. It wasn’t by my room, but I passed through and saw a dresser sitting in the middle of the hallway—it looked unprofessional.

Friendly staff, great room

Pros: The hotel staff were amazing! It was my best friends birthday and they went out of thier way to send a birthday surprise and just make us feeling special

Cons: It was a long hallway walk to get to our room from the front. Would have made more sense for them to tell us where to park to better fit where our room was

Hotel is beautiful. Love staying here. Rooms are comfortable, roomy and bathroom is nice and clean u

Pros: Location was perfect to what we had planned for the night. Staff was friendly at desk.

Cons: The price could have been lower for a Sunday night and very few people at the hotel. Pillows were a little soft and volume on TV was very low even at highest volume.
