Best Western Plus Stoneridge Inn & Conference Centre London Ontario

Superb hotel

Pros: The hotel is great, super clean, friendly staff, nice decoration and painting, and superb breakfast.

Cons: The location is not that helpful; my pillows were too thick, and there is no ATM on the premises.

Breakfast beats the all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: The breakfast was worth any other issues. I was on a 2 week vacation so 14 different breakfast either included or excluded and the best included breakfast of all time. Felt bad I didn't bring a wallet to offer a tip for the lady busting tables and stuff wish I knew. You should lead that you have a gourmet free breakfast excuse us to be a little older

Cons: Older charm could use a rebound in a shitty part of the 401 you have to go up to 402 and down to 401 which slows you down

Pros: Having the restaurant in the building is a bonus but more importantly it's fantastic..

Pros: Breakfast is good and overall room, bathroom, gym, spaces are good enough.

Cons: Location is not the best. Farway from downtown.

Best place to stay!!

Pros: Beautiful, clean and quiet location. Everyone is very polite and nice. The breakfast contains many fresh foods! Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Very clean and comfy hotel with a great staff!!!

Pros: I travel alot as a semi retired single woman. I was very impressed with the staff at this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was well kept up and very clean. Well organized breakfast that has great options that were delicious 😋

Cons: I wish that we booked 2 nights instead of one. This hotel was a pleasant surprise!

A Great Stay!!

Pros: The facility is in a great location. Every staff member was super friendly, and breakfast was a nice hot buffet breakfast. I asked the gentleman about a late check-out for the following day as I was checking -in. He kindly offered me a complimentary extra hour. The beds were super comfy, and I slept well. I would stay there again, no problem . I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an overnight in London.

Cons: The only thing that could be a bit better was the air conditioner in the room. It worked, but not very powerful. The bathroom is a bit small, but it works. That's very minor. There are no other issues.

Pros: We came to Aylmer to see the tundra swans and stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room and staff were great. As was the restaurant.

Nice staff and restaurant!

Pros: Very practical to have a restaurant inside the hotel! We were very pleased with the staff and the room. The only downside was that the room was very hot. The heater turned on and off very loudly during the night, even at the lowest setting.

Excellent, I would certainly go back when in London area.

Pros: The best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a every long time. The Breakfast buffet was in their restaurant, not a breakfast area off the lobby. Bed/sheets/pillows was so, comfortable.

Cons: Nothing.
