Good value for money, comfortable stay

Pros: Facilities as described. Good value for money. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The property manager was communicative and acted upon our one major complaint. WiFi was good. Plenty of space for the 4 adults in our party. Good for short and medium term stays.

Cons: There was trash in the entrance when we arrived and it wasn't cleaned up until I informed the property manager, who had it cleaned up within a few hours, so that's definitely a positive. The unit is also a basement, without its own control over the temperature and no natural ventilation, so the climate got a little muggy in the night, even during fall.

Superb stay on our first time to Toronto

Pros: This is a beautiful place in a very quiet neighborhood. Very upscale neighborhood the apartment it’s beautiful with nice finishings very comfortable. Close to the bus stops to get into town a little far out, but still a beautiful place.

Cons: only thing we had an issue with was sometimes the noise from the main house above us. We believe there was a little boy or a girl running around most of the day and we could hear their steps downstairs. He didn’t really bother us much, but it could be an issue for other people.
