Homewood Suites by Hilton London Ontario

Pros: Breakfast was ok. Room was great. Staff helped the best they could.

Cons: Understaffed, no towels in pool area,

Awesome experience.

Pros: I liked the breakfast and the layout of the rooms with separate living room and bedroom area plus a full open concept kitchen area.

Cons: Nothing.

Family Getaway.

Pros: We loved the one bedroom suite, had so much space and was nice to have our LO sleep in their pack n play in another room. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to reheat and cook. The gas fireplace is a nice touch. We liked that there was a pool, we wished it was larger but our LO was more than happy to be swimming there. Included breakfast was ok, it didn't have as much options as other Homewood locations we've been to, but nice to not have to think about where to eat first thing in the morning.

Cons: While the room was nice, found it odd that there's a tub but no plug or way to fill it. We ended up using a cup over the drain so our LO can have a bath. We liked the pool and while small, everyone gave space except this one kid, I doubt they were over 12, who was there by themselves and just wouldn't leave us alone. Yes, the pool is smaller but there really isn't a reason why they should be constantly swimming or splashing right at us, even spitting water at us. Maybe better enforcement of why a child is there on their own, I'm sure employees walk by and check and there's likely security cameras as well.

Homewood Suites in London

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great variety in breakfast items each day.

Cons: In the four days there, no one came to clean our room, replace dirty towels or empty garbage bins. We had to call the front desk to get someone to bring us stuff.

Pros: The hot breakfast was amazing. The chef added his own special touch to each hot item, elevating it to a terrific experience.

Cons: Floor in hallway by pool always wet. Would have appreciated more rubber mats there to reduce fear of slipping.

Pros: Love the facility overall. There a lot of things to do. Pool, golf, basketball court and the breakfast is always restocked. Clean-we enjoyed the suite we have, efficient and layout is spacious. The hotel is accessible to all, love that it's in secluded. Private and quiet and service is excellent!

Cons: Nothing much! Our experience is superb!

Time to relaxe

Pros: Loved the room. We specifically go to hotels for the jacuzzi in the room. The pool and hot tubs. Room was clean and bright. Loved it

Cons: Having to leave by 11 check out. That's terrible when you ho to sleep in thire

Cons: Pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable. Fluffy but no substance. All of us had difficulty sleeping and sore necks.
