Would have been nice to stay a bit longer so we could have enjoyed some of the added features.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Everything was so clean, neat. Beautiful entrance with fireplace. We only spoke with the 2 gentlemen at the front desk. Polite, courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay to visit our daughter and grandson

Pros: This hotel was just minutes from everywhere we needed to be. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and filling. Check in and out was very easy with pleasant staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The coffee in the rooms is terrible. It is too strong and not enough sugar or cream substitute is given to make it drinkable. The coffee in the lobby was 100% better.

Enjoyable Stay

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable (pillows were too soft) and the price was reasonable for the area, especially when you consider that a hot breakfast was included. We enjoyed the breakfast very much!

Amazing!

Pros: Breakfast was superb! Lots of variety available to eat and drink! Location is great! Clean and safe environment. Staffs were friendly as well.

Cons: Didn’t like the fact that I could see pet hairs around the room, just a few though. Nothing alarming as I’m not a pet person.

Pros: The breakfast was a welcome option: much better than fast food take out. The location is good for the hospital and for visitors to South London. Newer rooms than competitors and while similar to other hotels of this type, this one seemed a bit above the rest.

Cons: Located close to Wellington Road, fast food and roadhouse chains dominate the landscape so eating healthy is more challenging.
