Excellent Stay at the Sandman

Pros: When checking in at the front desk Was met by an amazing Lady, My husband is in hospital in London, She was very considerate and caring for my needs .

Pros: The staff was excellent. Genuinely cared to ensure an exceptional stay. Overall accommodations were perfect. Unfortunately, we could not safely use the Dog Park area as the government does not properly care for our homeless.

Cons: Overall, we were very pleased. Unfortunately, the government does not provide a safe area for our homeless to provide attention and genuine care. Therefore, the area was not safe for either them or ourselves.

Pros: The location is great. We were there for a concert at Canada Life Place. Didn't have to worry about parking, it was a short walk from the hotel. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Fridge was actually cold!

Cons: The amount of homeless people, unfortunately thats the reality of things these days. None of them bothered us. Hurts my heart to see it. Wish I could save the world.

Pros: very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice shower that was spotless. Very nice shower products.

Cons: They didn't have a hook on the bathroom door to hang clothes or wet towels.

Really awesome and clean place

Pros: Comfy and clean. Really nice room and I would go again.

Cons: The stuff in the center of the room that keeps on blinking red, and the fact of not being able to close the drapes to block the sun.

Pros: Staff/service are great. My room looks very clean. Some surprise items (hard boiled eggs, premade breakfast sandwiches) for a quick breakfast.

Cons: The Wifi is a bit slow. Upgrade my room to a suite, totally worth with extra space. However the sofa bed is too soft. The underground parking has some weed/smoking/pee odor but it has a locked gate.

both managers night and day were helpful and easy to communicate with

Pros: the bed was comfortable. breakfast was a dissappointment no hot items

Cons: when i went out front to have a smoke there was used syringes on the ground and when i told a staff member he did nothing it was still there an hr and a half later when i went out again
