Never disappoints.

Pros: It's walking distance to where we wanted to go. We go there often so are familiar with the rooms.

Cons: The shower in the bathroom needs attention, the heads are clogged.

Very convenient city-centre hotel, excellent staff and warm comfortable room.

Pros: Although I had trouble with the online check-in process, the receptionist could not have been more helpful. Full marks for her, and another receptionist who helped me during my stay.

Cons: I had trouble with the online system so could not get the room code.

Great place to stay while enjoying a concert at the Canada Life Place

Pros: Excellent location for enjoying downtown London. Room design was nice. Very quaint hotel.

Cons: The coat hook on the wall in the room was broken. Both me and my husband felt uncomfortable going to get our car from the underground parking lot the next morning. There was drug paraphernalia laying on the ground at the bottom of the stairs. Fully understand that this is not something the hotel can control but it does effect the hotel’s parking

Pros: Everything went very well, pleasantly surprised with the spacious, kinda sexy room.

Cons: We struggled with the TV a little, but the clerk came up and sorted it out with us quickly

Pros: Breakfast was not available. The location was excellent as we were so handy to the Canada Life Place.

Cons: It would be nice to have a restaurant for breakfast.

Pros: Large room, clean, stylish. Large TV. Lots of tea and coffee provided in the room and hotel lobby. The service was fantastic.

Cons: In the single bed room, the bathtub and shower do not have a door separating them from the bedroom so you'll need to close the curtains anytime you go and use the bathtub or shower.

One night in London to visit with family.

Pros: Lovely big room with everything one could ask for! We loved it.

Cons: No parking so you need to park in the Covent Garden car park around the corner, the hotel provide a car park ticket for $26 dollars but don’t fully explain how to use the ticket, and because we are to dumb to read the small print on the ticket we ended up paying $47 dollars to get out of the car park!! So that parking cost us dear!!
