Water views and comfy beds

Pros: Location was right on the water. I highly recommend room 18. View of the river. Great for fishing too

Cons: Due to the age of the building. You could hear other guests. But everyone was respectful

Great for a 1 night stay as part of a tour of the area.

Pros: Lovely setting for a picnic on the riverside. As a Motel it’s about what we expected.

Cons: Needs a bit of updating but for the price it’s good.

Pros: the view from the motel was amazing. The room was well ventilated. The owner/receptionist was very friendly. even though i booked a standard room, he upgraded me to a premium room with a great view of the river.

It was good except for the cigarette smoke and the small beds

Pros: I was very pleased with housekeeping and the efficiency that they took care of our room. The people were pleasant and available should we have needed them.

Cons: We booked a room with two queen beds but were given a room two two double which didnt work for us really. The other thing was that is was a no smoking room and it was very much smoked in, it was awful. We opened the window and bought a candle to sleep there the first night...it was awful

Pros: The view out the window across the river with the snow and everything was pretty amazing to wake up to.

Cons: The room and restroom were very clean. However, a few of the appliances and fixtures were fairly dated, but they still operated just fine.

Pros: A great place to sleep . Right on the Grand River . Close to downtown Dunnville. Was here for the night on business. Will stay here again .

Pros: The motel establishment was in a very nice location and the room had all the amenities that you would hope for. It had comfortable beds, nearly new TV, working fridge, microwave, with coffee maker, and coffee supplies. They take great care of their property. I cannot have been happier booking with them .
