Recommending, for the price, cleanliness, location & owners.

Pros: We really enjoyed the room & the owner was very great to chat with. Surprisingly or room was very clean so that was appreciated- compared to a few we've stayed in.

Cons: Had a bad neighbor next door during our time there, party nice until 430 am. But this is not the norm for here.

Exceeded our expectations!

Pros: Robert, the motel manager, went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! The property had a pool and a great picnic area with bbq’s! The staff were friendly and again we can’t say enough about Robert and his hospitality! We are already planning our next stay!

Fun, romantic, and comfortable.

Pros: We loved everything about our stay! That hot tub was a dream, the room was comfortable and a great size. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat, it had everything we needed for our staycation. We plan to go back for our anniversary soon!

Cons: More towels or bath mats, or a non slip floor by the tub! With a tub like that it just seems like a good idea.

Comfy and cozy at the right price.

Pros: Certainly worth the money. Quiet location away from the noisy strip, but convenient to get to major attractions with WEGO. Clean room, with comfortable bed - had a great night sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a comfy and cozy stay at a good price.

One of the best values in the falls

Pros: Clean comfortable rooms a bit out of the strip so you can enjoy some relaxation but still close to the action and attractions to have a good time

Cons: Had a room with a large jacuzzi tub and it took along time to fill.... only complaint lol

Pros: The stay was quiet and comfortable. I was able to sleep comfortably which I haven't been able to do for some time. The staff was friendly and the facility has everything you could need or want.

Cons: Only the hot water. Isn't that hot. And took a long time to fill the hot tub. But was able to enjoy. Just took a long while.
