Great experience. Much above expectations.

Pros: Wonderful hotel and great value for money. Very nice and clean room, a lot of parking. The staff at the front desk were very nice,smiling and even gave us a map with explanations of everything in town.

Cons: In general, everything was really great. The only thing that maybe could be a bit better is higher water pressure in the shower and a liquid soap.

Pros: You get what you pay for, and maybe even a little more. The room was clean, with a Keurig for coffee, and the location was decent - close to the GO stop for anyone coming from Toronto and just a short walk to Clifton Hill. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They gave us a map, marked the main attractions, and told us about the fireworks schedule.

Great stay, amazing staff

Pros: The person who checked us in was so nice, gave loads of recommendations and advise on the area. Parking was great and loads available. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: AC wasn’t the strongest

Lovely hotel. Clean. Value for money

Pros: A lovely easy going hotel with lovely red doors. The beds were comfy, there was much needed aircon in the room which was welcoming in the hot weather. Rooms, toilet n bath were all clean. Greeted by a friendly warm gentleman at the reception (Jewl ?). Around 15 mins walk to the Niagara falls. Note, If you can’t carry your luggage up one floor, then it’s better to request a room on the ground floor

Cons: Tv channels were glitching so assume connection issues.
