Pros: Excellent location, cute, comfortable rooms. Great free parking. This is my second time staying here.
Cons: The room could use a bit of a deep cleaning compared to the one I previously stated in. Walls, doors, tiles in bathroom could use more of a wipe down. The tub needs to be replaced. . It would make the room shine even more and make it a better score with just a bit more care.

Clean, Comfortable Stay, But Slightly Overrated
Pros: I stayed at Cadillac Motel recently and overall had a decent experience, though I feel the online rating of around 8.4 is slightly inflated. I’d personally rate it closer to 7.8–7.9, which is still solid for a short stay. Positives: The room was very clean, with fresh air and no dust. It’s clear the property has been recently renovated—the textures, finishes, gates, elevator, and entrance all feel new and well maintained. The washroom was spotless, though on the smaller side. Free parking is a big plus, and having a microwave in the room is convenient and not always standard at motels. Curtains were clean, beds were comfortable, and overall sleeping quality was good—I slept very well. Bedding felt almost new (9/10), and while the pillows were clean, they showed some use (around 7/10). The outside view can be quite nice, especially if it’s quiet, with views of trees or falling snow.
Cons: Negatives: The room size is average, not small, but not spacious either. The sink is quite small, which feels a bit inconvenient. The heater doesn’t get very warm and seems to cap at a medium temperature no matter how high it’s set. Lighting is also fairly standard and not very bright, which is common in many hotels. There’s no restaurant on-site, and being a single-story motel, there aren’t any additional amenities or activities. Overall: Cadillac Motel is a good option for a one- or two-night stay, especially if you’re mainly looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep. It’s comfortable, functional, and well-kept, just not quite at the 8.4 level in my opinion.

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable room with fridge and microwave. Clean bathroom with shower and bath. Lovely and helpful lady at reception. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when we come down to Niagara Falls.
Cons: Wifi dropped a few times

Great stay for a few days near the falls
Pros: We had a great stay at the motel. The location is very good. Only a few minutes to walk to Clifton Hill and to the falls. Everything was clean. Parked the car directly in front of the room. The lady at the reception was very nice and very helpful. She gave us great tips where to go and recommended the steakhouse opposite the motel which was a great place to eat.

Very cute, clean motel
Pros: Great location, very clean, bed was so comfortable and it was quite quiet inside my room considering the club was loud outside across the street. I was in the back corner of the motel so it was very private too. They gave ample towels too!

Good stay for niagara falls sightseeing
Pros: the location is very good. The wego bus stops nearby and it was easy to navigate. Plus the street felt safe, a lot of bars, cafes, hotels. Easy access to the room, first floor. I liked the personnel , pleasant man.
Cons: there was dust over the airconditioner and i didn't like to turn it off, so it was rather cold in the room. but better cold then having dust. i have asthma, so that was an issue for me. also i would recomment to clean lamps from dust.
