Very good value for the money!

Pros: The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean.

Cons: The bed could be a little better.

Pros: For an economic inn it was excellently taken care of. Very clean and up to date. Lovely receptionist both at check in and check out. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was walking distance to the Falls if you dont mind a 10-15 min stroll.

Pros: Location, room was updated and clean, pool was neat(did not use it, but it would be good if we went back with our kids, small but looked good). The price was good for a Monday in August.

Cons: Tv channels( roku). It was slightly annoying to find something that worked. I really do not like having to pay to park when I paid for a room.

Overall good stay, clean room

Pros: Clean room, air conditioning worked well, good location, pool is small but we had it to ourselves for over an hour the night we were there. Easy check in/check out. Was nice to find a motel/hotel with 3 beds since we are a family of 5 --- many places can only accommodate a family of 4.

Pros: Very clean, thee only problem was having to pay extra for parking. If paying for a room, who should never half to pay extra for parking.

Pros: In walking distance to the Niagara Falls. Good value for the price. Comfortable beds.

Cons: You have to pay extra for parking (CAD 10 + tax per night) although it is a motel where almost everyone arrives by car.

Great value property in excellent location

Pros: Great value accommodation in excellent location. Clean and well maintained older property. Staff were efficient and friendly. Pool was welcome

Pros: Room was clean and great television stations for night time TV. The pool is well taken care of, clean. Nice pool chairs and the pool is open all day till 10pm. Staff is very nice!

Cons: I shouldn't have to pay for parking($10 day) when I've already paid for my room. Parking should come with the room price. Considering they charge people who aren't staying at the property the same price to park for the day.

Pros: Motel was clean, staff were very courteous. The pool was very clean and not too cold at all. Pool is on the smaller side, however, we were the only ones using it so it worked out. Choice in is very close to all the amenities. All within walking distance.

Cons: The beds were on the hard side and very noisy when you moved around.
