Fantastic stay!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay here! The house was great and well-equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the private dock—the views were absolutely stunning, especially the incredible sunsets every evening. We caught tons of bass nearby the dock! The boat launch is very close to the property, which made things super convenient for fishing and boating.

Cons: The only minor downsides were the lack of air conditioning and some mosquitoes in the evening, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. We’ll definitely be back!

Simple cozy family cottage with amazing views and a great host.

Pros: This property is exactly as advertised. The description of what you are getting is spot on. It is a cozy family cottage that is clean, simple and has everything you need for a holiday. The views are brilliant and the atmosphere is peaceful. Ash is very easy to get ahold of and always responds quickly. Wonderful host.

Very nice cottage, great sunsets on a beautiful deck.

Pros: Very clean, great deck to sit out on and enjoy the sunset. There’s a boat launch just down the street where we put our kayaks in. Great area for boating and kayaking. Close to Lindsay which is a nice little town with several options for restaurants.

Cons: The water front is not great for swimming. Very weedy.

Great relaxing time with family . Ash who I dealt with was the best!

Pros: The cottage was immaculate and everything I needed was already there. The kids were able to fish right off the dock and catch and release. The sunsets were amazing and the local park and corner store were right around the corner. It was quiet and felt very comfortable. I would def recommend this cottage.
