Fun Place with a Sandy Beach for Swimming

Cozy, quiet, comfortable, and lovely location on the lake!

Pros: Quiet, cozy cottages with easy access to the lake. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchenette area. No AC, but the 2 supplied fans did the trick. Nice campfire in the evenings. Great communication with the host.

Cons: Cabin number was missing… bit hard to find in the dark when I arrived. Deadbolt issue - difficult to unlock the door… but host was very receptive to the feedback and arranged to have it repaired. Waterfront area had quite a bit of goose droppings.

Pros: The tiny cabin was exactly as described: a great space to relax during an escape-the-city weekend. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend!

Cons: Hot water was smelled due to Sulphur. Even though the owner mentioned that it was on the rules. May be i missed it.. they gave me a kids' boat for free rental.

Cons: Water in cottage not great but it was made clear on site prior to arrival that it was well water so we were prepared.

We Enjoyed Our Stay!

Pros: This place is so much fun! We had a wonderful time fishing off the large concrete dock. I almost caught a 5-pound largemouth bass—I saw it leap off the dock and disappear right in front of me! The sunsets were stunning, and at night the stars were incredibly bright. The Big Dipper was shining right above my head. It was so quiet at nights — I actually woke up to the sound of loons calling and birds chirping every morning. Every family had their own private BBQ, and we didn’t need to bring firewood or propane tanks—everything was included in the price. And best of all? This was by far the best value I've found in the area. We'll definitely be coming back!

Cons: The house doesn’t have air conditioning, but once I opened the three doors and windows, the breeze came right through. It was only hot for a couple of hours during the afternoon. After sunset, the temperature dropped to around 15°C, and by nighttime, I actually found myself reaching for extra blankets!

Great getaway

Pros: Great location with a nice beach just across the street from the cottage. Cottage is exactly as described. Is small but great for the price. Nice yard and firepit shared by the cottages. Firewood supplied, made it easy for evening gatherings. Nice surprise was an air hockey table, scooters and pedal carts for the kids to use. Staff and owner were friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.(Thanks Jennifer) Overall a great week away.

We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves each time we have been.

Pros: This was our 4th year coming here and we absolutely love everything about these cottages, even with the thunderstorm and rain it didn't dampen our vacation. We will be back next year.

Cons: There is absolutely nothing to dislike at this property.
