Pros: Clean and tidy room. Basic services but good price. You can walk up to downtown

A great stay in Niagara

Pros: The location is perfect, close to bus stop that takes you straight to the Table Rock Welcome center from where all the activities start. The hotel Staffs (Ali and Co.) has been great to welcome us and it was quick. We liked the room, clean and comfortable. Had enough towels and amenities. Good stay. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing.

slightly exceeded my expectations for a stay at a motel for two nights :)

Pros: the motel is in an excellent spot if you want to reach the Niagara Falls by foot. Our room had a smart TV which ran Netflix. We once had an issue with our toilet constantly flushing every 5 minutes or so - talked to the staff and they fixed it within no time. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful in general. Plenty of parking spots were provided. If you're looking for a nice vegetarian Indian place for dinner - consider yourself lucky as a restaurant is right across the street.

Cons: The road next to the motel was pretty noisy at most times but I guess this can't be blamed on the motel at all.

Family Weekend Getaway

Pros: The location, staff, check-in, beds, parking other guests all was well. We had a total of 4 rooms, and Heritage Inn was chosen because of the low cost. I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical. That was a waste, I enjoyed every minute at Heritage, and so will you. Ali was very welcoming.. thank you, Ali.

Cons: The only drawback was of the 4 rooms reserved, 2 smelled like smoke 🚬 Two out of 4 ain't too bad. I would certainly stay at Heritage Inn again.

Pros: I like the close proximity it was to the entertainment area. I liked how it was clean and tidy.

Cons: The lights didn't work in some outlets.

It was a great comfortable bed and stay.

Pros: I wasn't told at check in, that there was a breakfast. So we didn't get breakfast.

Cons: An extra pillow, and blanket.

Great value for price!

Pros: Location was pretty good! Close enough to Niagara walking but not in a super crowded area.

Cons: Room could’ve been slightly cleaner but overall great stay!

Pros: Friendly staff. Very clean place. Walking distance to the falls.

Cons: No complains at all

Pros: Good location, comfortable, nice homey touches. Wonderful towels. Owners very nice and helpful.
