Wonderful experience!

Pros: Great location in the heart of Toronto. Fantastic interior of rooms and very functional amenities. Restaurant was brilliant for breakfast and dinner. D-bar is also a great place for a dinner or drink. In front of the hotel there is a nice small garden, which was pretty decorated for Christmas. The personal is professional and very kind! Thank you so much for making our stay an unforgettable experience!!!

Cons: One small recommendation is to think about building a Finish sauna in the large SPA area.

A Hollywood experience

Pros: I believe that all hospitality industries should treat each guest as if they're all an A-list celebrity. If you don't, it means you don't treat each guest fairly. I felt like an A-lister whilst staying at the Four Seasons. They treated me superbly well. I could not be more grateful for their hospitality and kindness.

Cons: The menus in the two restaurants are similar so I didn't get too much variety in my lunch choices.

Pros: Great facilities and location. Gym outstanding! Staff very helpful

Cons: No double sink in the bathroom and tv doesn’t tilt so hard to watch from the couch

Excellent. great staff, great room great everything

Pros: Hotel staff are very attentive, the hotel is very well appointed and the rooms are large spacious and modern. Everything was excellent during our stay. The cot they provided was originally a little small but it was no trouble to them and they immediately changed it out for a larger cot. Highly recommend.

The best of stays.

Pros: This is definitely one of if not the best hotels in Toronto. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious. The staff is always helpful and polite and provide the expected service. Food, though pricey, is of a high quality. The gym and spa are excellent.

Excellence in the heart of Yorkville, worth the splurge

Pros: Been here a few times already, now I can't go anywhere else when in Toronto. Four Season sets the bar in terms of location, cleanliness, amenities and staff.

Cons: Had a minor issue a massage and made thoughts known. Manage immediately reached out and offered a credit or full reimbursement, 5 star treatment.

Fantastic location, beautiful rooms and facilities, definite repeat.

Pros: Breakfast and supper at Cafe Boulud are too notch. The spa is fantastic as well as all the amenities. No complaints whatsoever, you get what you pay for.
