One of the top 3 best stays that i had at a hotel ever.

Pros: Hotel is simply incredible. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Location was also perfect.Service by all the staff was incredible special mention to the concierge Robert who went above and beyond in assisting with all our queries. Other notable mentions were the reception/front desk staff member think that her name was Faminah ( cannot remember her exact name) she was extremely kind and helpful and was an excellent face of the hotel. Well done Hazelton

Stylish boutique hotel with amazing bathrooms

Pros: Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, the bathroom is the showstopper! We spent our anniversary there and the service was so wonderful, leaving a little note with chocolates and wine. I love the pillow menu, while it's something I've seen before, this is always appreciated as a good night's sleep is extremely important. Service is excellent, with thoughtful itineraries planned based on the guest's interest.

Cons: The food menu could be improved. We ended up ordering delivery/takeout because the food seemed to be fusion/stylish, but not something that is actually filling? Also having to download an app just to use the TV seems really pointless and unnessescary. The L'Occitane products were nice enough, but I don't think suitable for this grade/5 star hotel. Just to compare: Grey Collection uses Le Labo products, Air Canada uses Acqua di Parma for their business class, and Hazelton has a Diptyque store right across the street from them. I think they could take a few cues from Peninsula NYC, where comfort and smooth experience (in terms of room media & lighting) takes priority over style.

Great hotel but stop sneaky charges

Pros: Location and room size/comfort and cleanliness. Room maids were excellent

Cons: Resort fees, bill loading, at this price point should not be messing you about on milk to your room at 6 dollars for a coffee machine that's in your room, and telling you soft drinks are free with free wifi, when actually they are not with \

Hazelton staff made us feel welcomed; regret not staying another night.

Pros: The suite was fabulous. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Nice selection of coffees. Complimentary artisan chocolates were a nice touch. Appreciated turn down service and complimentary bottle of wine that was offered upon checking-in. All staff were courteous. Enjoyed a bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier in the lounge One Restaurant. Returned later in the evening for dinner. Meals were excellent. The hotel's location is near Casa Loma where we took in the Holiday Lights.

Cons: Only stayed one night and frankly everything was wonderful. No improvements to suggest.

Our first visit to Toronto was a delight, and we are looking forward to our next stay at the Hzltn.

Pros: The hotel experience was delightful, from the doormen to turn down service (complete with ice!),to the concierge,Ronaldo . Meals at ONE, were all outstanding. The whole neighborhood was lovely with many boutiques and restaurants. Transit & museums nearby. Our first Toronto visit, but not the last.

Cons: Room safe didn’t work. It wasn’t an issue though, we didn’t bring the Crown Jewels. Construction noise in the early morning, but we had been duly forewarned of this issue.

Comfortable, tranquil, elegant, discreet with a wonderful welcome and location.

Pros: Lovely welcome from the moment of arrival. The Team knew my name straight away and did not forget. Made it a home. Michael was very welcoming and developed a great rappore. Room service was prompt and polite. Housekeeping immaculate. Gorgeous breakfast. The bathroom has to be one of the best. Treat yourself and sneak away here. So central, so discreet. A faboulous bed and bed linen, the pinnacle of comfort. Some really nice extra subtle touches - the Team who put so much creativity, thought and effort into this experience deserve all their rewards. Be proud.

Cons: Leaving.... .
